It is with great pride and excitement that I welcome you to the 2025–2026 school year at Mark White Elementary—where we are Shifting Gears: Elevating Every Learner, Accelerating in Excellence.
As the proud principal of this incredible school, I am honored to lead a dynamic and diverse campus rooted in academic excellence, inclusive community, and a relentless belief in the potential of every child. At MWES, we believe that every learner deserves access to high-quality instruction, a safe and joyful environment, and meaningful opportunities to grow as scholars and citizens.
We are committed to creating a culture where W.O.L.F. P.A.C.K. Drivers—Wisdom, Ownership, Leadership, Focus, Perseverance, Accountability, Collaboration, and Kindness—guide our journey forward. These drivers will help us stay on course as we challenge ourselves to innovate, reflect, and lead with purpose.
This year, we are focused on ensuring that instruction is rigorous, engaging, and responsive to the needs of all learners—including our multilingual and gifted students, our students with exceptionalities, and everyone in between. We also know that excellence extends beyond the classroom. That’s why we are expanding opportunities for student voice, family involvement, and community connection.
